Robyn Eubanks is an oil painter whose work explores her individual experience within the context of our shared humanity across time. Incorporating art-historical, psychological, and religious themes, her representational paintings play with transparency/opacity, pattern, and image scale to ask the viewer to reconsider their lens and perception of truth.
When she manages to pull herself away from the easel, Robyn is likely to be found wandering through the mountains, either on foot or XC skis. She resides in Louisville, Colorado with her high-school-sweetheart-husband, their three wonderful teenagers, and the family dog Olaf.
